Scott Cooper has joined us as an Associate
We’re delighted to welcome Scott to Team Hub!
With over 20 years’ experience in transport planning, most recently for Systra, he specialises in transport assessments, travel plans, and modelling - from strategic transport systems through to individual junction design - and has advanced expertise in a wide range of industry software packages.
His career began at Centro (WMPTA), followed by roles at Mott MacDonald and then Stantec UK (formerly Peter Brett Associates), before Systra and now joining Hub in 2025. His portfolio includes projects for the NHS, National Highways, Birmingham’s Commonwealth Games, and large-scale housing and employment developments.
Scott is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT).
Scott says: “I’ve spent my career building expertise in transport planning and modelling, and I’m looking forward to bringing that knowledge to Hub’s projects and clients,”
