Planning permission secured for new care home
Hub Transport Planning has helped secure planning consent for a much needed 71-bedroom care home in Hall Green, Birmingham to be operated by Macc Care.
The facility is being delivered on a redeveloped brownfield site.
Working with Claremont Planning Consultancy, we provided the transport work which included:
- Transport Statement and Travel Plan reports, to support the application for the proposed development.
- Swept path analysis to ensure that the access and internal car park layout could accommodate both staff and residents/visitors, as well as movements associated with service and emergency vehicles.
We were delighted to provide transport planning in Birmingham, our home city.
