Hub appoints Chloe Leadbetter as Graduate Transport Planner

Chloe Leadbetter is the latest member of our team, joining us as a Graduate Transport Planner in May 2025.
With a First Class degree in Geography from the Open University, Chloe impressed us with her dedication and tenacity. She has a keen interest in how different places function and evolve and is excited to bring that into real-world projects and contribute to shaping sustainable, people-focused transport solutions.
As she settles into her first role in the transport planning sector, Chloe is already getting stuck into development briefs, policy work and active travel planning. She’s enthusiastic about learning the ropes and making a meaningful impact, especially when it comes to creating transport systems that are tailored to the unique needs of each community.
James Parker, Director at Hub, said: “It’s fantastic to have Chloe on board. Her strong academic background and genuine enthusiasm for understanding places and people really align with our approach and she’s already proving to be a thoughtful and engaged member of the team.”
Chloe added: “Joining Hub has been a brilliant first step into the world of transport planning. I’m excited to turn my academic learning into practical solutions that support sustainable travel and make a real difference in local communities.”
